What we process

  • Contact form: your name, e-mail address, (optional) phone number and the content of your message. Any information about your child's health that you choose to include is special category personal data.
  • Technical data: your IP address and browser information, to prevent abuse and spam.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

  • To answer your appointment and information requests — your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 6/2) and the steps needed to enter into a contract (Art. 5/2-c).
  • To keep the form secure and prevent abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).

Sharing

Your data is shared only with the e-mail and hosting providers needed to deliver your message to us. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for security checks. Your data is never shared for marketing purposes.

Retention

Form data is kept for no longer than 2 years after your request has been handled, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and recipients, ask for corrections or deletion, object, and claim compensation for damages. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
